Hope Christian Fellowship of Oceanside is a welcoming church devoted to sharing God’s love, grace, and truth with all. Our mission is to glorify God through passionate worship, biblical teaching, steadfast prayer, and compassionate service to those around us.
We believe that faith has the power to renew and transform lives. At the heart of our faith is the grace of God, which is not just a concept but a person—Jesus Christ. As John 1:14 (KJV) says, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us… full of grace and truth.” Jesus is the living expression of God’s grace, bringing salvation, love, and redemption to all who believe.

Our Pastor
Pastor Jervin Sy is the lead pastor of Hope Christian Fellowship of Oceanside. He has been faithfully serving in ministry for decades, with a heart for worship, teaching, and guiding others in their walk with Christ.
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Pastor Jervin encountered Christ in 1983 during a college Bible study, which led him to answer the call to ministry. He became a community pastor in 1987 and later migrated to the United States in 1999, following God’s direction to serve Him abroad. He has served as a worship pastor in two different churches before becoming the lead pastor of Hope Christian Fellowship in 2023.
Pastor Jervin is passionate about preaching God’s Word, leading people into deeper worship, and fostering a church community rooted in grace, hope, mercy, and love. Alongside his wife, Pastor Teah, he continues to shepherd the congregation with faithfulness and dedication.
